With a robust and sustainable growth plan you will support the management team and will manage the technology team across development and operations. You will take on responsibility for the technology roadmap for products and infrastructure; team building; resource planning, management of 3rd party vendors.

Suitable candidates will need the following:

Passion about online, eCommerce and social media.
Substantial and broad management experience in digital media including experience in a senior technical role and in leading and organising technical / applications development / operational teams.
Strong operational and project management skills with demonstrable team building and leadership skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of website building , delivery processes, content delivery processes and systems in a digital media environment.
Good negotiating skills and experience in building relationships in business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
At least 10 years engineering experience.
Sound commercial knowledge
