Admeld is looking for Client Services Account Managers to manage our relationships with the worlds leading web publishers. The positions are full-time, mid-level and based in the company\'s New York office. This is a great opportunity to join a company defining a new space in the online advertising industry.
The Account Management team is responsible for servicing all aspects of clients' accounts from implementation to optimization and all ongoing concerns. The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving overall client satisfaction and therefore the general success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Enable our publisher customers to maximize their revenue achieved using the Admeld product
Oversee the Admeld implementation process, from kick-off through launch
Train clients on the Admeld product and client facing tools
Responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals with ad networks for the web's leading brands.
Proactively manage assigned client's ad network portfolio, making recommendations for changes and seeking out new opportunities for improvement
Compile performance evaluations for each client, highlighting the value Admeld adds
Serve as clients' primary contact, providing them with insight and advice regarding every aspect of their account
Ensure the satisfactory resolution of all support requests, including network ad display and data issues
Provide ideas and feedback about how to improve the Admeld products and services for our customers


Required Skills and Experience:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, being capable of conveying an issue clearly, making points concisely and ensuring all sides understand each other
Publisher / ad network negotiations.
Prior client management experience, especially with web publishers
Project management or account management skills, specifically, being able to lay out deliverables and follow-through on hitting them
Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze the components of an ad related problem and get to its root, as well as providing necessary suggestions for resolution
Passion and desire to play a key role in driving this new business to success in the online advertising technology space
High level of initiative to get resolution and drive improvements to the business
Deep understanding of the online advertising industry, preferably from the perspective of a publisher or ad network
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
A Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years work experience

Familiarity with HTML, jscript and ad tag structures
Experience working with ad servers
Statistical modeling skills
Understanding of SQL
An MBA
