TALENT TRIBES DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULTS, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTION OR RESULTING LIABILITY OF ANY USER OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. 1. The term 'Talent Tribes' or 'www.talenttribes.com' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owners of the Website and Services. The term 'you' or 'your' refers to any user or viewer of our website. Talent Tribes reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions immediately by posting the changed Terms and Conditions on the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices, and any changes to the Terms and Conditions made by Talent Tribes.

It is subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, legality or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Unauthorized and inappropriate or illegal use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. Should a U.S. corporation offer to an employee and/or a non-employee member of an employee's recruiting team, any monetary incentive or reward of any kind, Talent Tribes is expressly not a party to this transaction. No user may hold Talent Tribes liable for any payment or incentive offered by any other user of the service.

6. You certify to Talent Tribes that if you are an individual (i.e., not a U.S. corporation) you are at least 18 years of age. You also certify that you are legally permitted to use the Services and access the website, and take full responsibility for the use of the Services. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions.

7. As a condition to using the Service, you are required to register with Talent Tribes and select a password and provide your real name and certain information about your work and other life experiences. You agree to provide Talent Tribes with accurate and complete registration information and maintain its accuracy and completeness. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You may not (i) select or use as your username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or (ii) use as your username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization. Talent Tribes reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a username in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Talent Tribes password.

8. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. At the sole discretion of Talent Tribes, any and all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of the service, including any dispute or claim based upon or arising from an alleged tort, may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be decided by three (3) arbitrators appointed in accordance with such rules. If Talent Tribes so elects, the site of such arbitration hearing and all proceedings in connection therewith shall be New York City, New York and any user irrevocably and unconditionally submits to said jurisdiction and venue in New York City. New York. Any such arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties concerned and any judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
